Fiber optic Indoor Wall cabinet, w/lock

Indoor wall cabinet for the termination or splicing of optical fibre cables. The cabinet is delivered with a perforated assembly board for easy attachment of splice holders and fibre guides. Installation-set with these items may be ordered separately.

The tool consists of a plier with replaceable knife trays ranging over five different tube dimensions. The knife trays have two knives so that the tubes are split into two halves, which makes it simple to remove the tubes in a safe manner. When splicing and dropping fibre with loose tube it may be beneficial to split the tubes length-wise over a shorter length, a so-called window cut.
